Simple Nighttime Face Yoga for Glowing Skin and Better Sleep

Today, we’ll be doing yoga to enhance the beauty of your face. I’ll teach you a very simple exercise that you can do every night before sleeping. This will not only improve your sleep but also give your face a beautiful glow when you wake up in the morning. I do this exercise every day, and I want you all to do it regularly too. It’s just 10 minutes before bedtime!

The exercise is very simple, and we call it the "Holding Pose." Here’s how you do it: Place your index fingers on your temples and gently rotate them. This helps relax your mind and relieve stress. Throughout the day, we carry a lot of tension, and this small exercise helps release that stress. Please try it!

When we wake up, our eyes are often puffy. To control that, I’ll show you another exercise. It’s called the "Eye Point." Simply fold your fingers and lightly press around your eyes while blinking. This helps reduce puffiness and make your eyes feel fresh.

Remember, when doing face yoga, it's important to repeat each exercise three times to get the best results. So, let's do the Holding Pose again: hold your fingers at the temples and start blinking gently. Relax, and slowly increase the count from 10.

Now, let’s do another simple exercise called "Stretch." Start by rubbing your palms together to generate warmth and place them on your face. This helps relax the facial muscles. Then gently stretch the skin around your face by pulling your ears.

We’ll also do a mouth stretch by opening your mouth wide and closing it, like a lion’s roar. This is a great stretch for your face and will bring a beautiful glow without the need for cosmetics. The next morning, you’ll wake up with a fresh, radiant face!

Finally, we’ll do "Saman Kriya," which is an anti-aging exercise. In this exercise, we will focus on our breathing. Sit comfortably, inhale deeply, and then exhale slowly. Repeat this a few times. This helps clear toxins from the body, improves oxygen flow, and keeps your skin healthy.

Today’s session was short and simple, but if you practice regularly, you will see amazing results. Keep doing these exercises, and we’ll meet again soon! Thank you!
